A graduate of EST-LOKO (GROUPE LOKO) and École Nationale d’Administration de Côte d’Ivoire (National School of Administration of Ivory Coast), a non-profit public higher education institution located in the large city of Abidjan (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Lagunes. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Ministère de la Fonction Publique et de la Reforme Administrative, Côte d’Ivoire (Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform, Ivory Coast), Ourega Amede Pierre is the Estate Administrator of Alex Scott & Partners.

Ourega Amede Pierre, ideal estate manager of Alex Scott & Partners is a jack of all trades; he is extremely professional, personable, passionate, highly motivated, polite and dependable. He is deadline committed, goal driven both as a facility manager and a translator with over 18 years’ experience who is not afraid to get his hands dirty.

Ourega Amede Pierre has attended several courses and conferences on Estate Management concerning the appraisal, acquisition, development, marketing and disposal of property, or sometimes the ongoing management of properties. His skills and experience in Estate Management includes a wide category of commercial properties such as: offices, hotels, and retail development; including residential properties.

Ourega Amede Pierre’s property management skills also includes the operation, control, and oversight of real estates, indicating the need for real estate to be maintained, monitored with accountability for its useful life and condition. This is much akin to the role of management in any business. As an estate manager, Ourega Amede Pierre oversees the upkeep and day-to-day running of a private estate owned by Alex Scott & Partners, oversees the maintenance, supervision of staff members, and manages budgets as well as other events. He is also mainly engaged in the marketing of properties and other buildings available for rents, management or sales.

Ourega Amede Pierre is a litigation officer in the Law Offices: Alex Scott & Partners and has been involved in several litigation cases that include but not limited to recovery of premises and disputes resolution.
